Description
Juicy grilled ribeye steak served with creamy mashed potatoes and a refreshing lettuce tomato salad.
Ingredients
4 piece ribeye steaks
2 piece potatoes
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 piece lettuce
2 piece tomatoes
1 unit red onion
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 piece garlic
1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Step 1. Preheat grill to high heat.
- Step 2. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Step 3. Peel and dice potatoes, then boil them in a pot of salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Step 4. Grill ribeye steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust cooking time to desired level of doneness.
- Step 5. In a large bowl, mix together chopped lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
- Step 6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving with mashed potatoes and the refreshing lettuce tomato salad.
