Ingredients

4 piece ribeye steaks
2 piece potatoes
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 piece lettuce
2 piece tomatoes
1 unit red onion
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 piece garlic
1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Step 2. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Peel and dice potatoes, then boil them in a pot of salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  4. Step 4. Grill ribeye steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, or adjust cooking time to desired level of doneness.
  5. Step 5. In a large bowl, mix together chopped lettuce, sliced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
  6. Step 6. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving with mashed potatoes and the refreshing lettuce tomato salad.
